About Us
After years of planning and several attempts, Pride has found a home in central Wisconsin. In July of 2019, after lengthy debate, the Marathon County Board voted to declare June as Pride Month. Shortly after, planning began for a June 2020 Pride event. Then covid 19 put an end to large scale events being safely held. Not wanting to lose the goodwill or momentum, a small Pride event was held on June 20th, 2020. The size was strictly limited and safety protocols were in place. The first Central Wisconsin Pride took place at the Motorama Events Grounds east of Wausau. A variety of stage events and activities filled the afternoon and evening.
Good, safe family fun was enjoyed by all.
The Pride Festival is now an annual recurring event held on the 3rd weekend in June. The Motorama Events Grounds is now the permanent home for Central Wisconsin Pride. The Pride Festival has expanded to a full 4 day weekend of fun and acceptance. This event not only celebrates the LGBTQ+ community but welcomes other cultures and groups. We hope to encourage a sense of togetherness with this annual event.

About Camping
On site campground with RV electric hookups, showers and river front campsites.
Bring your friends and spend a wonderful weekend celebrating.
Campgrounds open at 12:00 noon on Thursday. Limited RV electric spaces.
Tent camping $75 for the weekend.
RV electric site $100 for the weekend.
Camping includes two adult admissions.
About the Venue
The Motorama Events Grounds is a large venue, 25 miles east of Wausau Wisconsin.
The venue includes the Alfa Heaven MotorSports Bar,
on site campgrounds and show grounds.
The Motorama Auto Museum features rare vehicles from around the world.
For events, food is available via food trucks.
Beverages available in the MotorSports bar.
